PLACING THE CALL
At Answer Air Services, we understand that the person placing the call is not always going to understand the details of the breakdown or the urgency of it for that matter; it is our job to ensure we take every call and breakdown service request to be equally as important as the next and collect all the relevant information, so that out technicians are well prepared prior to attending site. Our office staff are at hand from 8:30am through the 5:30pm to ensure the entire business day is covered, we don’t finish here; if your call is of an urgent nature, we offer an afterhours service for those who run their business at all hours of the day and night, our technicians are available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week to attend to your needs.*

QUALITY TRADESMAN ON TIME
All of our staff at Answer Air Services are uniformed and dressed appropriately for their work. We pride ourselves on being on time. Our team of technicians carry out work in various sectors of Sydney, this is so that one technician is not “loaded” with too many breakdown calls, resulting in late arrival to the site, a stressed technician and an unhappy client. We believe the key to a satisfied client is communication, should there be a unforeseen hold up elsewhere, our technicians are instructed to contact the client directly and advise of the revised arrival time. This ensures no miscommunications occur and the direct contract has been made, often putting the client’s mind at ease, knowing that help is on the way.
FIXED OR FURTHER REPAIRS?
All of our technicians are trained to excel at what they do; they have been specifically trained to explain technical terms to the end-user in such a way that it is easily understood. Our technicians will generally find the fault within the first hour of our visit. If your equipment requires parts or further repairs the technician will advise of this to avoid any nasty surprises, all work is then quoted, for your approval. Our Service Manager then chases up replacement parts or re-scheduling of works once approved, making the entire process one that is stress-free and comprehensive.
